I have moved to rural Shropshire.  We are currently renting and I'm not generally offering massage appointments.  Next step: a small retreat centre — more news to follow.  Please do get in touch to say hello or join my newsletter if you would like to receive updates.

Before you come

Hopefully it's all common sense:

  • Your massage is done clothed, so wear lose, comfortable, soft clothing – not too many buttons or zips.
  • Do not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs on the day.  Try to come with a fairly empty stomach (drinking is fine).
  • If you have a fever, please call to rearrange your massage.
  • If necessary, consult your GP or health professional to check that massage is safe, or if there are any special requirements.  You need to do so if you have a medical condition/health problem, are undergoing medical treatment, feel acute pain, are pregnant,  or have any reason to believe massage may be harmful.
