Living in a 500 year old building is lovely, but does present some challenges to those with mobility problems. We are situated in a sloping valley so moving around the grounds and house means negotiating slopes, steps and low doorways.

Our goal is to make the house more accessible. In the meantime, if you have any concerns about your ability to get around, please do talk to us. We will do everything we can to help you decide if the facilities will work for you.

At present, all of our bedrooms are on the first floor. Day visitors have access to the dining area, yoga / meditation room, sitting room toilet and outdoor seating, all on the ground floor. However, you will need to climb 6 shallow steps to reach the front door and once inside, there are some small level changes.
