Thai massage is a great companion to your Yoga practice.  As a student of Yoga, whether beginner or experienced, you are learning to relax and let go of blockages and tension in the body.  Normally, there are some areas of the body that we find hard to release even with regular practice.

Many clients have told me that Thai massage was the key to breaking through their barriers.  I can feel areas of tension in your body and release it with precise manipulation.  Combined with carefully aligned passive stretching, the body is gently but firmly opened up more deeply.
